The objectives of WP 3 are to develop detailed models of manufacturing and installation costs of bottom-fixed support structures, advanced optimization models and efficient numerical algorithms which can be successfully used for the conceptual and preliminary design of bottom-fixed support structures at deep waters in WP 4. The models are based on the loads and the soil-structure interaction from WP 1 and fatigue models from WP 2.
