Project Management
The management structure is shown in the figure. The Project Management Group is the technical and managerial decision-making body. It is responsible for monitoring, co-ordination, and control of the project. It decides upon high-level management issues including technical direction and re-allocation of resources. The group consists of one senior representative from each partner, and is chaired by the project leader.
