Several researchers from ABYSS participate in the World Congress on Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization (WCSMO XII). The conference is held in Braunschweig, Germany, 5 – 9 June 2017. Several presentation of the latest research findings from ABYSS are given at WCSMO XII.

Jacob Oest from Aalborg University gives the presentation Finite-life fatigue topology optimization using a density approach.

Susana Rojas-Labanda from DTU Wind Energy gives the presentation Simultaneous Analysis and Design formulation for sizing optimization problems under many dynamic loads.

Kasper Sandal from DTU Wind Energy gives the presentation Comparison of fatigue constraints in optimal design of jacket structures for offshore wind turbines.

Ali Sarhadi from DTU Wind Energy gives the presentation Optimal design of galvanic corrosion protection systems for jacket wind turbine support structures.

Mathias Stolpe from DTU Wind Energy gives the presentation Optimal modular design of jacket structures for offshore wind turbines.

Alexander Verbart from DTU Wind Energy gives the presentation Sizing optimization of an offshore wind turbine jacket under dynamic loads considering stress and eigenfrequency constraints.
